Our workers' compensation practice is focused mainly on the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in downtown San Jose, California. On occasion we will represent injured workers at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in Salinas, Sacramento, San Francisco, or Oakland, California. Our federal social security practice is focused on the Federal District Court in downtown San Jose, California.
